About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in delivering innovative data engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in serverless data lake architecture on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services like Azure Data Lake, Data Factory, and Apache Spark to efficiently manage large-scale data workflows.

  • Be responsible for leading data engineering efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions.
  • Mentor the analytics and engineering team to promote data engineering best practices and drive cross-analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data engineering solutions using Azure technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution completeness and exposure.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) working as a data engineer with a strong focus on serverless data lake architecture on Microsoft Azure.
  • Deep expertise in data transformation and enrichment using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar platforms.
  • Strong command of observability frameworks—monitoring, logging, and tracing—to ensure system reliability and operational excellence.
Leadership Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills, facilitating issues to resolution.
  • Experience in leading projects.
  • Must have good planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
