Leading Indirect Tax Compliance Specialist

The role of a Global Tax Advisor involves leading indirect tax compliance and advisory functions across the Latin American region for our commercial, manufacturing and distribution operations.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing indirect taxes in various jurisdictions, including VAT, GST, and other consumption-based taxes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance, and develop strategic plans to minimize tax liabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in indirect tax management, with a focus on manufacturing and/or distribution sectors.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Mexico, Brazil, and other South American countries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax rules and regulations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and adapt quickly to new requirements.
