The role of a Design Technician involves collaborating closely with designers and technicians to prepare and review engineering drawing packages, ensuring they adhere to established standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reviewing engineering drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Providing support to designers in preparing and reviewing engineering drawing packages
- Drafting detailed drawings of electrical and associated project components, layouts, and configurations
Key Requirements:
- A thorough understanding of engineering design principles and construction methods
- Over 10 years of experience in electrical design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software
This position demands strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while performing under pressure. The successful candidate will have a solid grasp of engineering design principles and construction methods, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
