
Domestic Customer Service Specialist

The Domestic Customer Service Representative is a hybrid position responsible for providing support to customers with inquiries about booking, quotes, tracking, pick up and delivery schedules, and general information related to domestic movements in Brazil.
Main Responsibilities:- Create jobs in the system for pick ups and domestic movements
- Provide quotes for domestic transport services
- Verify information about restrictions in accepting products for transport
- Verify and provide documents required for domestic transport and include digitized documents in our systems
- Monitor the system, receive information from drivers or agents about pick up and delivery hours, and update the system accordingly
- Check services executed by agents and verify the accuracy of charges
- Contact customers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries
- Insert all information, x-charges, and details into our systems for invoicing purposes
- Track shipments with airlines or road transport companies
- Monitor our system for notes or communication requiring feedback or action
- Build relationships with airlines, carriers, road companies, drivers, and agents
- Identify potential problems with shipments and find tailored solutions
- Fully graduated or studying college in Business, Logistics, or International Relationship area
- At least 6 years of experience in customer service (transport companies)
- PREFERRED: Fully graduated in Business or Logistics, advanced English skills, and 6 years of customer service experience
This role reports directly to the CS Coordinator, Manager II CS, or higher hierarchy functions. Minimum skills, knowledge, and ability requirements include advanced English level, Office and Windows proficiency, national transport documents regulation, teamwork skill, organization, politeness, and customer orientation.
