
Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our team with various responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate and process customer orders
- Confirm order receipt, creation, and delivery to customers
- Monitor and track order statuses, manage claim cases and returns
- Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including issue resolution and escalation
- Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain the Master Data System
The ideal candidate should have a degree in a related field, customer service experience, relevant certifications, system knowledge, and training. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

- Customer Focus: Anticipate, understand, and meet internal/external customers' needs and expectations, developing solutions based on a customer-centric approach

- Drive & Execution: Proactively identify what needs to be done and take action, exploring new ways and pursuing new opportunities
