As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our team with various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and process customer orders
  • Confirm order receipt, creation, and delivery to customers
  • Monitor and track order statuses, manage claim cases and returns
  • Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including issue resolution and escalation
  • Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain the Master Data System

The ideal candidate should have a degree in a related field, customer service experience, relevant certifications, system knowledge, and training. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
