O&M Solutions Specialist

This role is responsible for securing O&M service contracts by developing and delivering competitive O&M solutions, supporting project sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and updating the company's O&M service offerings. They will also gather and accurately interpret customer requirements, review and provide insights on project RFP documents, develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects, identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies, and provide technical input for cost estimation and financial planning.
In addition, the candidate will participate in client meetings to promote the company's O&M services, support and/or engage in contract negotiations, define O&M service KPIs, and propose service quality improvement plans.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in the wind power industry;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written);
- Ability to work effectively under pressure; and
- Open-minded with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications include international work experience, an engineering degree or related technical background, and knowledge of business, finance, or legal aspects.
