Job Title: Customer Success Intern

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented intern to support our customer success efforts and enhance our clients' experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Actively prospect for new clients and coordinate meetings.
  • Customer Understanding: Provide relevant and concise information about the client's case and analyze customer needs and requirements.
  • Support and Solution: Assist in projects related to the acquisition of new client channels and resolve issues and complaints.
  • Innovation and Solution: Take responsibility for defining pathways for the organization, seeking the best solutions for challenges.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business, customer service, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Professional, volunteer, or academic experience with customer experience.
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to effectively lead projects and work with teams.
  • Innovative vision and adaptability to navigate complex issues.
