About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Director to lead our Enterprise CSM team and drive engagement with our Wellhub platform. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a customer success strategy that increases adoption and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and execute a customer success strategy to drive engagement and retention of Enterprise customers.
  2. Lead and develop the Enterprise CSM team, fostering a high-performance culture and collaboration.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  4. Develop and execute engagement plans to increase adoption and use of the platform.
  5. Monitor engagement metrics and drive initiatives to boost platform usage.
  6. Implement effective onboarding programs for new customers.
  7. Develop strategies to reduce churn and improve customer retention.
  8. Conduct customer satisfaction and experience analyses to inform service improvements.
  9. Work with the CSM team to address critical customer issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices in Customer Success.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in leadership roles in Customer Success, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
  2. Strong team management skills and experience in developing high-performance teams.
  3. Deep knowledge of customer success metrics and tools.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  5. Advanced English language skills.
