About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate at Sporty Group, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring first-time resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer pain points, improving overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer support experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools, including Freshdesk, Jira, and/or Zendesk.
