Customer Advocacy Role at Intelex

As a Customer Success Associate, you will work closely with a large portfolio of customers, utilizing both proactive and reactive methods to foster strong relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers through email and Teams/Zoom sessions to enhance their experience.
  • Work on a reactive basis to address customer concerns and provide timely support.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction.
