Customer Success Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to drive customer loyalty and retention in a software environment. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for the ongoing relationship with assigned customers, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and securing loyalty. You'll work with customers on both a proactive and reactive basis through email and Teams/Zoom sessions, with a primary focus on customer success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Intelex relationship with assigned customers to increase adoption and ensure retention.
  • Provide reactive assistance to customers as required.
  • Aid in refining the digital customer success experience.
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customers and drive value from Intelex products and services.
  • Evaluate opportunities to drive process and system improvements to positively impact the customer experience.
  • Advocate customer needs across Intelex departments.
  • Inform and educate customers on Intelex initiatives and product updates.
  • Manage risk identification and tracking until issue resolution.
  • Identify success stories and secure customer references.
  • Create customer campaigns to increase engagement.
