About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Client Success to join our team at Wellhub. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of client success professionals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement, and aligning client success initiatives with our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the client success team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement client success strategies and processes to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and manage key client relationships.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product or service improvements.
  • Ensure that the team effectively addresses client issues and queries, providing high-quality support.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in client success across the organization.
  • Monitor and report on client success metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities for the client success team.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring client needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in client relationship management, in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices.
  • Proven track record of achieving client success and retention goals.
