We are seeking a seasoned medical leader to drive the success of our hematology team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Manager with expertise in hematological products to join our innovative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a group of individual contributors and/or supervisors, conducting effective performance management, and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.

You will also be responsible for assisting with external stakeholder management, scientific communications, evidence generation, publications, and medical education activities. Additionally, you will define standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials and develop tactical and operational plans to aid in the creation of these materials.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment. They will also possess deep knowledge of the drug development process, including clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MD or equivalent degree desirable.
  • Deep understanding of hematology and related medical areas.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
