About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring that all facilities and services are maintained to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention, including organizing events and activities.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Manager, including data entry and reporting.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
