About the Role

As a Traffic Allocation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our platform operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, working autonomously, and thriving in a dynamic environment.


  • Developing and implementing traffic allocation strategies to optimize resource usage and user exposure;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on resource usage and coordinate experiments;
  • Analyzing data and metrics to evaluate traffic allocation performance and identify areas for improvement;
  • Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, growth, business operations, or other data-driven roles;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience working with PMs, operations, and technical teams.
