About CapCut Creator Roles
Our company aims to empower creators and enrich their lives through innovative products.
The role involves building and managing the recruitment system of CapCut creators and agencies, developing a healthy creator community, and increasing creators' active rates. You will also manage the education and training system, delivering knowledge on editing and platform regulations to creators and agencies.
You will collaborate with the content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust recruitment and management system for CapCut creators and agencies.
- Create engaging experiences for creators, driving increased active rates.
- Design and deliver educational programs, focusing on editing and platform regulations.
- Work closely with the content team to enhance content creation quality and output.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in content creator operations or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for creator operation work.
- Prior experience working with short video creators/ agencies for local marketing is advantageous.
- Proficient English language skills and experience working in remote online collaboration environments are essential.
