Job Summary:

The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team in Latin America is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to support the strategic and analytical needs of the team. This is a high-impact role that requires a strong operational, organizational, and financial acumen, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly inspections with delivery and ProServe teams to ensure project delivery outcomes.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms to drive continuous improvements across the business, including process automation and elimination.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to collect business requirements and ensure methodologies, policies, and procedures are communicated and maintained.
  • Provide strategic guidance to Business Leaders and data-driven insights on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and standardized business metrics.
  • Manage dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to provide insights and partnership with leaders.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of annual planning processes, including bookings, revenue, headcount, utilization, and goal planning.

About the Team:

We are a diverse team of professional services experts spread across Latin America, providing strategic, forward-looking insights to enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions to accelerate outcomes for AWS ProServe and our customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience working in Sales Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Delivery Operations, Operations Planning, or Business Operations within a Professional Services organization.
  • Structured approach to projects and experience organizing projects using a portfolio or project management tool.
  • Ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool.
