We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Microscope Specialist to join our team in Latin America. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing product demonstrations, installations and uninstallations, and training customer teams.

This role involves working closely with medical professionals and technical teams to showcase our surgical microscopes. You will travel extensively throughout the region, visiting customer sites and conducting hands-on training sessions.

  • Provide high-quality product demonstrations to customers
  • Install and uninstall surgical microscopes on customer sites
  • Train customer teams on the safe use and operation of our microscopes
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of surgical environments and procedures. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field. Relevant experience in the surgical industry is essential, particularly in ophthalmology.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the surgical industry, preferably in ophthalmology

  • Valid driver's license and passport
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Latin America (estimated > 75% of time)

Travel Requirements: Frequent domestic and international travel, with estimated > 75% of time spent traveling.
