Job Overview
As a Senior Plant Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and consistency of production line operations. This includes managing daily plant activities to meet or exceed performance standards.
You will be responsible for overseeing the overhaul organization, driving business improvement initiatives, and leading team management of salaried employees.
Developing operational plans and collaborating with business leadership at various levels are also key responsibilities of this role.
In addition, you will participate in cross-functional teams and contribute to the development of operational strategies that drive business growth.
Key Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Aviation Engineering and/or Operation Management.
- Experience in Production Supervision and people management is required.
- Possess Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
