Telecom Account Manager Role

To excel as a Telecom Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key telecom operators in the Southern Cone region. Your role will involve overseeing contracts to ensure optimal commercial terms and providing exceptional service support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Renew contracts strategically to secure favorable business conditions.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Operator Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for telecom operators, assisting with connectivity issues and resolving billing disputes efficiently.
  • Service Management: Manage sender registrations and short-codes for SMS and voice services.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, telecom products, and route pricing through collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management and customer relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and spreadsheets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the telecom market, particularly in the Southern Cone region.
