About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for achieving project and performance targets in country, in accordance with Project Strategy & Schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and communicate the scope of supply and requirements from the aftermarket project team and supporting bases.
  2. Manage the execution activities required to support the project schedule, identifying critical path issues and developing mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery.
  3. Lead the assigned Project team, motivating and taking accountability for actions taken and developing a team working approach.
  4. Project Financial Management, disseminating costs/budgets to internal departments and tracking of these costs to the budget.
  5. Identify project changes to the original scope and create Change Requests for approval internally and externally.
  6. Provide project forecasts for completion of equipment, services, cash milestones & margin.
  7. Understand the projects contractual requirements and ensure the business adheres to them.
  8. Delivery of cash milestones into the business.
  9. Provide reporting information for both internal and external use on a weekly / monthly basis.
  10. Participate in & run internal or external project review meetings.
  11. Ensure all necessary major sub-vendor support is in place to support in-country activities.
  12. Ensure awareness and compliance with the Company Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
  1. Degree qualified (e.g. Engineering, Business and or Supply Chain) or equivalent 3-5 years experiences in a project management role.
  2. Relevant work experience with OneSubsea equipment or similar oil tool equipment.
  3. Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & SAP knowledge with auto-cad experience is preferable.
  4. Ability to work to deadlines.
  5. Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience in project planning and cost control management will be an advantage.
  7. Problem solving ability.
  8. Commercial awareness.
  9. Leadership skills to include ability to motivate colleagues & team members.
  10. Have good foresight, initiative & ability to take accountability for their actions and the team they are supervising.
