Job Opportunity: Internship in Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our international HR and hiring team as an Intern in Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent in cutting-edge technologies and ensuring a high-quality employee experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Support our Talent Acquisition Specialists in researching qualified job portals and publishing job ads in job portals and social media platforms for the DACH region.
  • Assist in accompanying Talent Acquisition Specialists throughout the hiring process and maintaining databases.
  • Conduct market research on changes in the German, Brazilian, and Portuguese application markets.
  • Research particularities in Tech-Recruiting.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying towards a bachelor's, master's, or diploma in Germanistics or a related field with a strong knowledge of the German language.
  • Fluent in English and basic knowledge of German (A2).
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office.
  • Affinity for social media and employer branding is a plus.
