Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our international HR and hiring team as an Intern in Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition Specialists in various tasks, including research, publishing job ads, and accompanying the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on qualified job portals to support Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Publish job ads in job portals and social media platforms for the DACH region
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in every process step and database
  • Research market trends and changes in the German, Brazilian, and Portuguese application market
  • Research particularities in Tech-Recruiting
Requirements
  • Studying towards a bachelor's, master's, or diploma in Germanistics or other subject with knowledge of the German language
Must-Haves
  • Fluent in English, basic knowledge of German (A2)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Knowledge of and affinity for social media and employer branding is a plus
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience in recruiting and Talent Acquisition activities
