We are currently in search of a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our Talent Acquisition Team in the Americas (six-month contract). Recruiting at Tetra Pak is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that is highly rewarding. In this role, you will serve as a consultative talent acquisition partner for various business units across the Americas, overseeing effective sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation processes for a diverse array of job requisitions at all levels.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting business growth and will have the chance to contribute to the successful delivery of HR Talent Acquisition Services across 17 countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruiting process to meet the staffing needs of multiple business units;
  • Act as a knowledgeable advisor to line managers and HR colleagues regarding recruitment matters;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates;
  • Design, plan, and implement resourcing strategies (including internet mining, job boards, employee referrals, cold calling, and headhunting) to fill challenging positions;
  • Stay updated on Talent Acquisition technology trends, introducing innovative ideas to the team;
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance;
  • Conduct initial meetings with hiring managers to gather essential details for open requisitions, develop recruitment strategies, and create compelling job postings;
  • Manage the administration of all requisitions and candidates within our systems.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree;
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in a recruitment agency or as an internal recruiter;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels and a high level of integrity;
  • Proficiency in various applicant tracking systems and platforms;
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing and advanced assessment techniques;
  • IT skills with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with strong social media knowledge;
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese;
  • Spanish language skills would be a significant advantage;
  • Availability for a six-month temporary contract.
