Job Summary

This role is a key part of our organization, responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and calculate metrics/key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.
  • Provide financial advice to the supply chain management team to ensure sound financial and operational decisions.
  • Support monthly close process, including timely monthly reporting of performance.
  • Prepare financial supply chain budget/plan and support product standard costs.
  • Analyze supply chain performance on a monthly basis vs plan, prior year, and forecasts.
  • Implement strong cost control and planning discipline within the supply chain team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three to five years of related experience, preferably in the food industry.
  • A change agent with professionalized business processes and team.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, change, and dynamic business environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills under pressing time constraints.
  • Ability to prioritize and control multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative relationships across functional areas internally and externally.
