About the Role

This role is centered around managing IT projects with a primary focus on data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project management principles to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and oversee the flow of data from source systems to visualization platforms.
  • IDentify and manage relevant AWS services (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena).
  • Ensure critical stages like ingestion, transformation, storage, and visualization are properly managed.
  • Implement core data governance principles including quality, access control, and compliance.
  • Maintain data security and traceability using suitable tools and practices.
  • Facilitate integration of Power BI with AWS data sources.
  • Apply best practices in data modeling within Power BI.
  • Manage report publishing and access using Power BI Service.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
  • IDentify and mitigate technical risks such as data quality issues and pipeline failures.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data-driven project management principles.
  • Experience in managing technical risks and dependencies.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and data governance principles.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
