In this role, you will drive the expansion of our channels and stores in Latin America by setting goals and paths for growth. Coordinate resources to break into untapped markets and enhance retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Channel Growth: Guide business regions and overseas branches to set goals and expansion paths, driving breakthroughs in overseas untapped channels and promoting retail activation.
- Optimize Brand Image: Ensure brand display and terminal image management compliance with brand standards, planning and optimizing in-store product displays to boost sales conversion rates.
- Collaborate on Localized Product Packaging: Work with the Business Unit (BU) to formulate product packaging strategies and ensure consistency in Latin America.
- Provide Pre-sales Training: Offer pre-sales product training for overseas branches, including product knowledge, competitor benchmarking, and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, international trade, business administration, or related field preferred.
- More than 3 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or market promotion required, with a preference for household appliance industry experience.
- Relevant overseas experience essential, with basic English command and basic Spanish or Portuguese knowledge required.
