The Customer Success team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences by enabling clients to maximize the value and impact of their BMC investments.

Customer Success is crucial in driving key business outcomes, minimizing risks, nurturing relationships, eliminating obstacles, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term market strategy by assisting clients in leveraging their cutting-edge technology and partnership with BMC to fully realize the value of their investments.

In this dynamic role, you will contribute to both BMC's and your own success through the following responsibilities:

  • Drive customer engagement and success by offering governance guidance, usage recommendations, and identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Communicate value effectively and advocate for the future of the Social Enterprise in a Cloud Computing landscape.
  • Act as the post-sales success leader for your designated accounts, providing clients with a comprehensive Success Blueprint, combining application functionality or IT expertise with outstanding customer management experience at the executive level.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for issues affecting customer success and facilitate risk mitigation. Senior Customer Success Specialists are expected to maintain strong collaborative relationships with other BMC personnel across Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management to oversee the post-sale strategy.
To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles with increasing responsibility, encompassing a blend of technical complexity and enterprise architecture, along with influencing, program management, and execution capabilities.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Familiarity with enterprise Workload Automation tools/Orchestrator and related technologies, including Cloud, SaaS, Serverless Technologies, Big Data, Managed File Transfer, Containers, and an understanding of IT DevOps practices.
  • Ability to identify relevant Business and Automation initiatives that can be supported by Control-M from various sources (internal and external to the client) and independently establish relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing and transitioning to Control-M from competing tools (preferred).
  • Capability to engage in meaningful discussions regarding the future of Automation within the industry and specific client environments.
  • Knowledge of commonly used Use Cases that are of interest to customers in their respective market sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, with prior experience in SaaS being ideal for this position.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for customer success.
