Job Overview

We are seeking a Strategic People Leader to drive growth and excellence in our dynamic Emerging Markets zone.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic people initiatives, special projects, and talent development across the region.

  • Main Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage special projects in collaboration with Project Teams and HR Teams across the Emerging Markets zone.
    • Ensure timely execution and delivery of key initiatives, aligning with business priorities.
  • Talent Execution
    • Support the execution of the Talent Cycle, including performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
    • Partner with HR teams to ensure alignment with global talent strategies.
  • Functional Capabilities Development
    • Design and support implementation of functional and Emerging Markets-wide capability-building programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Community Engagement
    • Lead and drive the Community development plan, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Emerging Markets zone.
  • Liaison for Emerging Markets
    • Serve as the primary liaison for Management System (MS) and People Leadership Development (PLD) initiatives within Emerging Markets.
    • Ensure alignment with global standards and best practices.
  • Liaison for Global Manufacturing Teams
    • Act as the point of contact for Global Manufacturing Teams (GMT) within the Emerging Markets zone, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Monthly Performance Review Reporting & Analytics
    • Prepare and deliver Monthly Performance Review (MPR) reports with actionable insights.
    • Leverage data analytics to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
