**Job Summary**

  • Provide IT support and handle daily technical activities on desktop/laptop support, data network and server management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service with a customer-oriented attitude, problem-solving skills, and multitasking ability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Offer technical assistance via telephone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Perform complex troubleshooting of networked devices such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests using Service Now tool experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize, manage, and perform work under pressure to meet SLA's.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Fundamental knowledge of Windows 10 support, troubleshooting, and patching.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite, and Office 365.
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM 2012 for windows 10 imaging, pre-staging, and asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of people.
