Job Title: Human Resources Director

About the Role:
This leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape of our organization. As a Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective HR practices that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence by promoting employee engagement, development, and well-being.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:
- A degree in a related field and at least 12-15 years of experience in HR, preferably in a mixture of field, specialist, generalist, and HR team leadership roles.
- Proven track record in HR business partnering, talent management, staffing, leadership development, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent consultancy, enquiry skills, and change management skills, as well as a good appreciation of compensation and labor relation challenges in South Cone.
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills, inspiring trust and confidence from business partners.
