Billing and Collections Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing and Collections Professional to join our Finance Team. This role is responsible for monitoring accounts receivable, ensuring accurate billing, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and distribute invoices in a timely manner
  • Process new contracts and sales effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions efficiently
  • Prepare and present analytical reports regularly
  • Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean-ups
  • Resolve any issues or mistakes promptly

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role
  • Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork skills
  • BSc/BA in accounting or a similar field is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP/SAP B1 are assets
  • Advanced English Level
