Unlock Your Potential as a Wellbeing Engagement Analyst

At Wellhub, we're on a mission to make wellbeing universal. We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wellbeing Engagement Analyst to join our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo.

This role will be part of our B2B2C team, responsible for creating engaging communication campaigns for our existing clients. As a Wellbeing Engagement Analyst, you'll support the planning team in building and running benefit tools and webinars to support Wellhub in bringing benefit information to its clients. You'll work closely with sales, client success, partners, and internal communications to understand client profiles and develop effective engagement strategies.

Your Impact
  • Develop and implement engaging communication campaigns to drive client engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver benefit tools and webinars that meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in wellbeing engagement.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of our wellbeing engagement strategies.
Who You Are
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and formats.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google tools, including Sheets and Slides, and experience with JIRA, Zoom, and Teams is a plus.
