Job Title: Wellbeing Engagement Analyst

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wellbeing Engagement Analyst to join our Wellbeing Engagement team in São Paulo. As a key member of our B2B2C team, you'll play a crucial role in creating engaging communication campaigns for our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning team in developing and executing benefit tools and webinars to promote Wellhub's services to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, client success, partners, and internal communications to understand client profiles and preferences.
  • Conduct webinars and presentations to launch new companies and engage existing clients.
  • Prepare and adapt materials for sessions, including graphics, awards, and other visual aids.
  • Facilitate the production of items with partners, including stocking and shipping for onsite actions.
  • Participate in projects to improve processes related to webinars and develop new tools to scale the activity.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets and Slides) and experience with JIRA, ZOOM, and Teams.
  • Previous experience working closely with HR or in B2B2C events is a plus.
  • Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment with changing scenarios.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and at a fast pace.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for lectures and webinars.
  • Critical and analytical perspective with a focus on project impacts.
  • Owner mentality and proactivity are essential for this role.
  • Creative and proactive approach to dealing with diverse clients and fast execution.
