The primary goal of this position is to oversee the mechanical design of turbines, ensuring successful project execution. This involves providing technical support to the engineering team and collaborating with cross-functional areas.

- Turbine Component Design and Calculation
- Design Review Management
- Customer Technical Support
- Draftsmanship Supervision and Validation
- Design Optimization
- Documentation Preparation
- Site Visits and Prototype Testing
- Supply Chain and Site Installation Support
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, combined with 5-10 years of experience in mechanical design.
- Familiarity with NX, AutoCad, and/or SolidWorks.
- Strong technical leadership skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in English (Portuguese and French are also desirable).
- Interpersonal and leadership skills for collaboration and influencing others.
- Proven analytical and organizational abilities.
