This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional to join our team in Romania and contribute to the success of our global financial operations.
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role plays a vital part in driving business growth by providing strategic financial insights and operational support.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and disseminate management reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
- Support budgeting, strategic planning, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Analyze historical and future trends in performance and develop actionable recommendations for management
- Collaborate with business unit owners to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide financial support to corporate functions and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as required and present findings to senior management
- Masters degree in accounting, finance or business administration from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with business or unit management teams
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English
- Previous experience with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and data analytics software
- Strong motivation to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights
- Desire to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
