**Key Activities and Responsibilities**:
You will lead the full spectrum of financial activities for our manufacturing site in Romania — from monthly closing and forecasting to budgeting and variance analysis.

You will act as a trusted finance partner to local plant leadership and global operations, helping to drive data-informed decisions.

You will ensure strong financial governance and compliance with both internal policies and external standards.

You will oversee inventory and cost controls, helping reduce slow-moving or obsolete stock and contributing to global efficiency goals.

You will manage capital expenditure planning at plant level and support global investment tracking.

You will work closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to improve product costing accuracy and process alignment.

You will be involved in international finance initiatives focused on cost transparency, supply chain performance, and continuous improvement.

**Skills**:
You are highly skilled in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
You are confident working with tools like SAP (especially costing modules), Excel, and Power BI (or similar analytics platforms).
You hold — or are working toward — a professional finance qualification such as CIMA, CPA, or ACCA.
You are a clear communicator, able to explain financial insights to both technical and non-financial colleagues.
You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complexity in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

**Previous Experience**:
You bring 10+ years of experience in finance within a manufacturing or industrial setting, with strong knowledge of plant controlling and cost structures.
You have held a senior finance role for at least 5 years, ideally with exposure to international teams and collaboration.
