- **Your main tasks**:

- Manage consolidation of monthly financial reports, and preparation of periodic Operations review packages.
- Partner and work closely with the Sr Dir Operations Finance, Sr Mgr Operations Finance and Snr Mgr Operations.
- Develop and deliver clear financial commentary related to manufacturing productivity, production costs and output and cash flow impact of inventories and capital expenditures.
- Lead the Operations budgeting and forecasting process for the EMEA Cluster, including consolidation of the financial outlook, and function as the key point of liaison with the central Ops Finance team.
- Review and monitor spend, implementing and maintaining an appropriate and effective control environment, including counter-measure action planning to address excess spend and ensure productivity commitments are delivered for the Cluster.
- Analyse and report on capacity initiatives and investments.
- Partner with the Business Transformation Office (BTO) to ensure appropriate decision-making and controls are in place in relation to footprint and migration projects impacting Operations in EMEA.
- Lead the Controls and Compliance agenda, ensuring 100% compliance with TE policies and relevant GAAP requirements across all EMEA sites.
- Assist and own ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as required.

**Your ideal background**:

- Certified Accountant, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of finance experience
- Experience of working in finance in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive MS Office (particularly Excel) knowledge and experience.
- Ability to interact effectively and influence decision making at all levels of the organization.
- Able to picture “simple” solutions to complex business scenarios involving multiple systems and accounting disciplines across multiple regions.
- Ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner and relate to colleagues at all levels and in all locations.
- Open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business impact.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly.

**Desirable**:

- Multi-national experience.
- Consolidation experience, in an environment with a large number of manufacturing sites.
- SAP, Hyperion, TED, TEBIT experience- #LI-REMOTE
