**About the Role**

We're seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to drive efficiency and operational excellence in our Loss Prevention Team during this high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you'll oversee daily loss prevention operations, optimize workflows, and ensure top-tier service delivery. You'll have the opportunity to refine operational processes, implement performance metrics, and lead a team dedicated to protecting retail assets.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations within the Loss Prevention Team, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity.
- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Address operational challenges and proactively identify solutions to improve service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Operations Management experience.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in loss prevention, security, or retail industries.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in operations management software, project management tools, and Google Suite.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Availability to work during US (EST) business hours.

**Tools & Technology**
- Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Microsoft 365

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in loss prevention, security, or retail operations.
- Experience in a business process outsourcing function.
- Background in implementing process automation or operational efficiency improvements.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven analytics and fraud detection.

**Job Details**:

- Full-time status (40 hours per week)
- Able to work during US Eastern time zone
- Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 annually
- Location: Remote
