We are seeking a seasoned Senior Learning Strategist to spearhead the design and implementation of employee training programs, succession plans, performance evaluation cycles, and internal promotions processes.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate on the creation and standardization of talent management and organizational development processes, identifying gaps and presenting solutions for continuous improvement;
- Support people development strategies to enable business growth, considering global operations and regional characteristics;
- Enable the transformation of current teams into highly efficient ones through Performance Evaluation Cycles and Development Programs;
- Work on simultaneous projects in a collaborative manner;
- Maintain data to support leadership decisions.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, Portuguese is desirable;
- Solid working experience in HR-related functions, including management/leadership development and talent review, preferably in a startup situation or revamping an existing process;
- Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency, pushing self and others for results despite obstacles;
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and able to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Excellent coordination and project management skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
