About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion and program satisfaction by developing tailored strategies for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business and help shape the future of Amazon's Paid Services program.

  • Developing individualized growth plans, managing timelines, expectations, and owning communications
  • Producing actionable insights using analytical tools to interpret customer data
  • Consulting clients on opportunities derived and potential business impact
  • Guiding the execution of strategic plans, answering ad-hoc questions, and helping overcome operational challenges

To excel in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth, and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office products and applications, experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies, and have experience with pipeline management skills using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
