The Proactive Client Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving client expansion and retention while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and adoption.
- Lead discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders from clients and partners to position our platform as a core system and focus on maximizing its value.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term success.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning product capabilities with client needs.
- Analyze client usage data to proactively address risks and drive retention strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews and proactively address issues to drive client satisfaction and retention.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- 2-4 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical.
