About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Regional Affiliate Growth Manager to lead our affiliate strategies in Latin America. This role is responsible for driving high-quality user acquisition and engagement through partnerships with affiliates, networks, and agencies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing affiliate programs, developing regional campaigns, and building strong relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities- Affiliate Program Management: Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the LATAM affiliate & partnerships program, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-quality affiliate partners and publishers.
- Campaign Development & Optimization: Develop and execute regional affiliate campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives, monitoring and optimizing them based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, networks, and agencies to drive loyalty and performance, acting as the main point of contact for LATAM partners and ensuring smooth communication and support.
- Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to track performance, forecast results, and identify opportunities for optimization, using data insights to inform strategies, drive efficiency, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to align affiliate & partnership initiatives with Roamless's global growth strategies, sharing LATAM market insights to help shape campaigns and improve user engagement in the region.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on regional markets.
- Strong understanding of affiliate program management, campaign development, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
