We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate and Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new and existing partner relationships, driving business growth, and streamlining operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across various industries, including Knowledge-Based Services, Remote Working, Ecommerce, Fintech, and Advertising.
  2. Business Analysis and Market Development: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive strategic decision-making and business expansion.
  3. Client Acquisition and Retention: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, timely issue resolution, and continuous support to meet their evolving needs.
  4. Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals, share best practices, and ensure effective communication to achieve collective success.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, deal-making, and relationship management is an asset.
