We are seeking a Country Marketing Lead who can drive our affiliate marketing efforts in CS2, a top-quality gaming and entertainment product.
This role involves leading the recruitment of new affiliates across various traffic sources, building long-term partner relationships, monitoring and optimizing affiliate performance, identifying new traffic opportunities and niches, supporting affiliates with resources and assistance, collaborating with product and analytics teams, and reporting weekly on recruitment and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and onboard new affiliates across various traffic channels
- Develop and maintain strategic partner relationships
- Monitor and optimize affiliate program performance
- Identify new market opportunities and growth areas
- Support affiliates with expertise and resources
- Collaborate closely with product development and analytics teams
- Provide regular updates on recruitment and performance progress
- Experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with igaming offers
- Ability to find, recruit, and manage media buyers and webmasters
- Understanding of RevShare/Deposit Share/Fix mechanics and strategies
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Highly goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated individual
