O nosso sistema busca um profissional experiente para ocupar o cargo de Growth Marketing Manager no México. A sua responsabilidade será desenvolver e implementar estratégias de crescimento para a nossa Business Unit (BU) no local.
Funções principais:
- Desenvolver uma estratégia de crescimento eficaz, envolvendo aquisição, ativação e retenção;
- Posicionar as nossas marcas e unidades de negócio no México através da comunicação efectiva;
- Definir roadmaps de iniciativas de growth em parceria com produto, dados e tecnologia;
- Gerenciar campanhas de mídia paga em diferentes plataformas, incluindo Google Ads, Meta e TikTok;
- Analisar dados e gerar insights para melhorar os resultados e a eficiência do funil;
- Coordenar estratégias de atração, nutrição e conversão de leads;
- Acompanhar os resultados e métricas alinhados aos KRs da área;
- Reportar resultados para stakeholders executivos;
- Liderar e desenvolver time de Growth com foco em gestão de pessoas;
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementá-las de forma proactiva.
Requisitos:
- Experiência significativa na área de marketing e liderança;
- Habilidades analíticas e de comunicação efectivas;
- Formação acadêmica não informada;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e liderar equipes;
- Conhecimento avançado das tendências e ferramentas de marketing digital.
