We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Artificial Intelligence Strategist. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop tailored AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead AI proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and Predictive AI technologies;

  • Collaborate with clients to define AI roadmaps and prioritize use cases;

  • Develop and implement AI solutions that meet business needs and drive revenue growth;

  • Partner with sales and business teams to identify new opportunities and develop compelling AI offerings;

  • Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;

  • Mentor and guide junior team members on AI best practices and emerging trends;

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of AI/ML experience, with a strong focus on business application;

  • Demonstrated consulting experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects;

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models, including OpenAI GPT and LangChain/RAG architectures;

  • Experience building predictive modeling pipelines using scikit-learn and XGBoost;

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;

  • Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency;
