Position Overview:
The Proposal Coordinator at PSI will oversee all aspects of the proposal process, aiming to maintain a win rate of 30% or higher. This role involves collaborating with international teams of experts across various departments, including Feasibility, Medical Affairs, Project Management, Clinical Operations, Budgeting, and Business Development, to swiftly create compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting high-quality strategic proposals tailored to meet client requirements.
- Establishing realistic RFP timelines and ensuring all team members meet their deadlines.
- Leading and participating in strategy discussions for RFPs.
- Creating preliminary budgets using CLARITY.
- Assisting in study modeling through VISIONAL.
- Reviewing client specifications and gathering constructive feedback from stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the budgeting team to formulate competitive final budgets.
- Preparing vendor RFPs and soliciting vendor quotations.
- Supporting bid defense presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in managing comprehensive clinical trial proposals within a CRO environment.
- Strong writing and editing capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability and creativity in addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
