Data Analytics Business Intelligence Manager

As a Data Analytics Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. You will lead a team of data analysts to develop and implement end-to-end data solutions that reduce the gap between business teams and technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build actionable reports and dashboards with useful analysis and data insights;
- Work closely with business departments using analytical insights to enhance their effectiveness against key strategic goals;
- Run exploratory and diagnostic analyses (quantitative or qualitative) to identify issues and develop solutions;
Requirements:
- Experience in data analysis/analytics, management consulting, or equivalent roles;
- Understanding of data analysis and data analytics frameworks to lead and influence the BI strategy;
- Advanced English language skills (to be tested during the interview);
- Professional experience with SQL, Python, and other business intelligence or data analysis tools;
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and speed in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.
