Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Data Analytics expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting executive leadership in understanding and advancing our business performance.

This role involves collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting complex business data, guiding decisions on sales, profitability, client engagement, research capacity, and overall corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical lead and primary steward of our business intelligence systems.
  • Gather, integrate, validate, and organize raw data from various sources.
  • Produce, maintain, and update comprehensive dashboards for recurring reports and research.
  • Lead the preparation and data analysis underlying quarterly business performance presentations for senior leadership.
  • Provide detailed support for research- and client-facing dashboards, ad hoc performance, and business analysis reports.
  • Connect and integrate multiple data sources across the business, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Own data uptime and monitoring of data pipelines, ensuring daily report refreshes run smoothly.
  • Distill and communicate actionable business insights to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in business analytics, consulting, research, corporate strategy, data analysis, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include business, statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing data dashboards for executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and Salesforce.
  • Direct experience collecting and cleaning large datasets, presenting findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, ability to work closely with senior leaders and across teams.
